I have had my license since 2004, I started out as a loan officer, then transitioned into doing both loans and representing buyers and sellers in Real Estate transactions. Today I only do the Real Estate side. Although I do have excellent lenders to work with my buyers if they choose to contact them. I do have a whole team of licensed professionals to answer the questions that come up in the areas that I am not the expert in. Including Escrow, Title, Lending, Home Warranties, Home Inspections, Pest Control and Licensed Contractors in all fields. I believe in always telling the Truth and/or seeking it out, then dealing with whatever situations it might bring in a mature and timely manner, as well as holding all parties accountable to the timelines and agreements made in the contract. I am a single dad of 4 young adults, I conduct my professional and personal life in a manner that they can model themselves after, and they have all turned out to be respectful, and hard working, I could not be any prouder. I belong to a few community groups that give back to the needy, by donations or volunteering some time, my favorite is the car club I am in, we have a lot of fun and are able to help those who are less fortunate than us.
