With over 40 years of experience, Jim has the expertise to handle all phases of real estate including, site location, acquisition, re-zoning, D. O. T. negotiation, evaluating, developing, subdividing, as well as other investment-related issues.

Jim has developed two residential subdivisions – Riverside and Wisteria Ridge. Jim has also developed to own, 17 commercial/industrial properties, many of which he continues to own and manage. (9 Office projects, 2 retail centers including a 20,000 sq. ft. center in Newnan, GA, 1 industrial building, 4 restaurants, and 2 commercial land developments. Jim has worked with multiple national real estate firms and clients over the years including McDonalds, Home Depot, Burger King, Aldi Foods, Nissan, Hull Property Group, Enterprise Car, Citi Financial, American Family Insurance, AT&T, GA Power, Realty Income Corporation, Waffle House, and more.
