Currently Jim is a Licensed Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agent with PalmerHouse Properties, an Atlanta based company with over 1100 Real Estate Professionals to assist Jim in his business, and the Owner of: Access To Cash Flow Solutions LLC, Marietta GA.

Jim’s experiences includes: working in the corporate world, private equity funding, development, renovation, auction, and the investment areas across the country.

He has spent the past 31 years in living in East Cobb and working throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. He has represented Private US Investors, US Hedge Funds, Australian, Chinese, and English investors. He has developed a method of site selection, acquisition, renovation, management, and disposition that provides an excellent return for any residential or commercial investor.
