Where do I start! This realestate team is a dynamic duo. Both Jim and Wade made the realestate process as easy as possible. Their tenure in the business shows and worked towards our benefit, in this process. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. This is were Jim stood out as the best Northern Virginia (Manassas) has to offer: their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.
We spoke with Jim then met with him And Wade at our home. He took the time to answer our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing info on comps in the area.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at full asking price. We accepted and Jim walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I've recommended the Jim to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

When it came time to sell our house, we were referred to Jim Downs by a friend who had worked with him before. We were not disappointed. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We had a ton of questions, but he took his time to answer each one in detail and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He helped us to get the house market-ready and gave us some great tips. Even when he came down with the flu he was still working for us and answering all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.
