Jim Duggan

Mr. Duggan has been involved in all areas of the real estate business for the past 27 years. Mr. Duggan spent his first nine years in the real estate industry with Trammell Crow Company, the nation’s largest real estate development company. In 1992 he formed Duggan Realty Advisors which provides a broad range of real estate services including tenant representation, construction management, property management, office and retail development, real estate advisory services, and general brokerage activities for the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real estate assets. Jim has been a member of Plano’s Planning and Zoning Committee for six years and is currently its Chairman.

Before working in the real estate industry, Mr. Duggan spent five years as a CPA with a Big Eight accounting firm specializing in tax planning and compliance. Mr. Duggan’s accounting and financial experience provides valuable experience in real estate developments, tax, and financing issues. Mr. Duggan graduated from the University of Iowa in 1978 with a BBA, double major in accounting and finance.
