Jim Flock

Mr. Flock began his commercial real estate career in 1998 managing and leasing class A office buildings for Hines. He later served as Vice President of Property Management for Duke Realty Corporation where he oversaw the property management of nearly 16 million square feet of Class A Office & Industrial buildings throughout the state of Georgia. He most recently spent 15 years overseeing Leasing, Property Management, Tenant Representation, Syndications, Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Investor Relations for a portfolio of Class A retail investment properties. Mr. Flock earned his MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 1998. He attained his Georgia Real Estate license in 2004, his Georgia Broker’s license in 2008, and his South Carolina Broker's License in 2023. Mr. Flock also holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. Additionally, Mr. Flock obtained his Pilot’s License in 2012 and a Remote Pilot Certificate in 2017. He is an active member of CCIM, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, GBAA, AGGAA, GAA, AOPA, and EAA.
