Jim Fox is the Vice President, General Manager and Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty in Fairlawn, Ohio. He serves the Fairlawn region and it’s surrounding areas. His real estate career began in 1994 when he got his real estate license while working with Realty One. He stayed with the company and made his way up to Regional Vice President of the Stark, Wayne and Medina Markets in 2007. The company was bought by Howard Hanna in 2008, but Jim stayed on as a Sales Manager until 2012 when he transitioned to the Stouffer Realty office as the Vice President of Sales & Operations. He then went on to obtain his Broker’s License in 2015 before aligning Stouffer Realty with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2020.
Jim has been a part of his Local, State of Ohio, and National Associations as well as been involved with MLS NOW throughout his real estate career. In the Year 2022 alone, he was a part of the Ohio Realtors Professional Standards Forum and Ohio Realtors MLS Forum. He has been a part of the Ohio Realtors Board of Directors since 2013, the Ohio Realtors Legislative Steering Committee since 2020, Council on Ohio Realtors/NAR Leadership since 2018, MLS NOW Board of Directors & ACAR Shareholder Representative for MLS NOW, the MLS NOW Chairman, and was appointed this year to be the National Association of Realtors Board Director. Jim has also held numerous other executive-level positions with realtor organizations such as Young Professionals Network (YPN), Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) and Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors (ACAR).
