Licensed in 1993, real estate is in my blood. Both my mother, Mary B. Gedney (over 40 years) were established Pennsylvania real estate brokers. However, my first exposure and interest in real estate came from helping my parents fix-up and restore three old farmhouses. Old Lehigh Valley homes have their own unique needs and challenges and I'm always willing to share my experiences with my clients.
My clients also benefit from my knowledge of construction, general contracting, gained throughout my high school and college years. In addition, I also have new construction experience, having represented several successful new home developers for a number of years.
For over 12 years I have been a real estate investor, rehabbing and revitalizing a number of homes. I have developed a core group of trusted contractors that I am happy to refer to clients to solve their needs. This broad base of Lehigh Valley real estate experience gives me a unique ability to understand and appreciate properties as diverse as high-end new construction to 200-year old farmhouses.
Since obtaining my license, I have continually expanded my real estate expertise, achieving many accreditations including being a Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and numerous Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) courses.
I am a multi-million dollar producer and strive to make your Lehigh home buying and selling experience a positive one. As your Lehigh Valley real estate agent, my goal is to help you obtain the best value, with the terms of the transaction most favorable toward your interests.
