Jim was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly explained the home selling process at the outset, and his market analysis zeroed in an asking price that generated immediate interest in our unique home. He arranged for a professional photographer to stage the interior and exterior photos for the mls listing, and orchestrated the release of the listing with a two-day open house that resulted in six bonafide offers. Jim was always accessible to answer questions, clarify the selling process, or untangle unexpected complications, and advocated for us with potential buyers and brokers. Everything was done professionally to a high standard of quality. Best of all were the results: within five days of the listing going live, we accepted an offer $51,000 over the asking price!
