Jim Jacobs

Jim is a native Tucsonan who knows all the peaks and valleys of Tucson Real Estate and the Community.
Hundreds of satisfied clients have led to his success. He is a Vice President Member of the Executive Council and a member of the top-level 1926 Circle of Excellence. He has ranked in the top 50 Realtors in Tucson and is in the top 2% of Realtors Nationwide.
He is a proud supporter of several charitable causes. These charitable endeavors and the support of the real estate community led Jim to be awarded the 2020 Kelly Bequette Award, honoring a man whose legacy was of excellence, caring, charity, humility, and camaraderie.
He started his own jewelry manufacturing company at the age of eighteen. Then, he opened his own sales and marketing firm in Atlanta, GA. He owned and ran this firm successfully until he sold the business after twenty years.
He then decided to return to his hometown of Tucson and enter the Real Estate business. His first year he was named Rookie of the Year and has maintained a multi-million-dollar volume ever since. Part of his real estate experience was as a sales manager of Long Realty's Casas Adobes office, then returning to the Foothills office to continue as a full-time real estate agent.
He is constantly extending his Real Estate knowledge by taking on going educational courses and seminars. Jim has earned certification as an Associate Broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

Jim loves to sell homes in Tucson, hike, swim, travel, the local restaurant and music scenes, Wildcat basketball and playing pickleball. Jim has lived in Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, and Tucson. He understands the different regions of the country and moving to and from them.
