Jim is a lifelong resident of Whatcom County and has been involved in real estate and construction for the past 40 years. He is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Accounting. Jim ran an electrical business for 21 years (Jim’s Electric). He has several years of personal experience in buying and selling investment properties and commercial buildings.
