Jim Kazaros

Jim Kazaros is the principal of AVALON Land & Commercial. He has lived in the central Florida area for over 30 years and has been serving clients in commercial real estate throughout Florida since 2004. In 2005, he joined the Trammell Crow Company as a commercial broker and in 2006 the company was acquired by CBRE, Inc., the largest commercial real estate firm in the world. Jim remained at CBRE specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions until starting AVALON Land & Commercial in 2014. Through this specialty company, Jim is able to optimize service to his clients by combining his past experience with an international firm, with customized services that can only be found at a boutique. To date, Jim has helped clients buy, sell and develop real estate with an aggregate value of over $100 Million.
