After many successful years in commercial real estate Jim switched his attention to residential real estate in 2002. The past two years Jim has been awarded the “Top Producer” award by PWAR (Prince William Association of Realtors) for residential sales.
The president of Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. Jim has had a wide variety of very successful ventures in real estate and the retail world. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. has owned such retail stores as Domino’s Pizza, numerous TCBY stores, gas stations, convenient stores, and many Blimpie Subs and Salads. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. currently owns the development rights to Blimpie in central Virginia.
Living in Northern Virginia the past 50 years Jim has a unique insight into this diverse real estate market.
An expert in both residential and investment property Jim has proven to find the property that best fits the Clients needs, within the Clients criteria. Currently Jim has the designation of Alpha Agent in Virginia and a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
In addition to a healthy real estate business Jim is the host of The Real Estate Hour heard weekly on 1260 AM radio. Jim and his guest discuss trends in the market and all aspects of real estate.
