After many successful years in commercial real estate Jim switched his attention to residential real estate in 2002. The past two years Jim has been awarded the “Top Producer” award by PWAR (Prince William Association of Realtors) for residential sales.
The president of Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. Jim has had a wide variety of very successful ventures in real estate and the retail world. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. has owned such retail stores as Domino’s Pizza, numerous TCBY stores, gas stations, convenient stores, and many Blimpie Subs and Salads. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. currently owns the development rights to Blimpie in central Virginia.
