Jim Knoska

Born in Laguna Beach and raised on the East Coast, Jim graduated from Whittier College in 2000, traveled the world for a year and then decided to call Newport Beach his home. Since his first job after college, at a church after-school program for kids, Jim has focused his energies on helping people. After he started a successful surf camp to teach kids to reach their goals, he realized he wanted to continue down the path of helping people in the field of real estate. Now he does this by finding families their dream homes. Jim likes to get to know his clients as people and understands that all his clients have busy lives and likes to take care of their real estate needs from the beginning of their searches to the end of their sales. Jim makes excellent use of his inside knowledge of the beach communities of North and South Orange County when advising his clients.
