Jim Kutys

Jim Kutys joined Media Real Estate in 2004. For 18 years he was at IA Construction Corporation in Corporate Management with extensive experience in Construction Project Management, Real Estate, Risk Management and Legal Affairs for large scale construction projects. He grew up in Springfield, Delaware County, Pa. and now resides in Glen Mills, Pa. Jim''s experience, work ethic and personality have allowed him to be very successful in our Commercial Sales and Leasing Department with all aspects of Owner, Buyer, and Tenant Representation, as well as Land Acquisition and Development. His educational background includes an AS Degree in Accounting from Delaware County Community College and a BS in Business Management from Neumann College as well as numerous seminars and training courses over the years.
