Jim Light is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a history as a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and large-scale infrastructure planning. With a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, he has successfully led acquisitions, leasing, and project development across diverse asset classes, including medical, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and ministry-related properties.
Since 2012, Jim has been a licensed commercial real estate specialist in Florida, advising clients on investment strategies, development opportunities, and portfolio optimization.
