Jim was great to work with. Professional, personable and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. Our unit was listed quickly and we received a full asking price offer after only about one month on the market. Jim worked with the buyer's agent and walked us through the paperwork trail and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Jim Lilly and RE/MAX.

This was my first home buying experience and Jim Lilly was the best straight up and honest never gave up on us. He was going above and beyond anything I've ever seen. He never let us down. He helped us get cabinets and help bring them down the stairs and loaded with my husband and I. He was sick and went out of his way. I consider the Lilly my friends and want to stay in contact with them both. If you want someone that is dedicated and hard worker and trustworthy Jim is ur man and his wife is awesome. If I buy or ever sell I will only go to them period. He stays in contact at all times and will bs with you. You will not find another realtor like him ever.
