In my best year, my annual sales reached twenty-five million dollars. Although I've sold homes in all price ranges, my focus has been on homes priced in the top 5% of the market. For seven years I worked for a national home building company and thus I'm well versed in new construction. I've received Salesperson of the Year recognition from M/I Homes of Columbus, Ohio; Tampa Bay Builders Association and Terrabrook Communities (now known as Newland Communities - the nation's largest developer of planned residential communities). I have university degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics. Prior experience includes having worked in NYC for the firm now known as Deloitte, a CPA firm and having been the Assistant Dean of Kenyon College in Ohio. I'm licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Florida and California. Prior Broker's Licenses were in Connecticut, where I owned and operated 13 offices, and North Carolina.
