Jim is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He kept us up to date on all the correspondence with our buyer and their agent every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure that the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, which was in a different part of the county, went smoothly. With Covid-19 going on he was very careful in showing our home and dealing with the closing. He is excellent and we would highly recommend Jim to anyone. We give Jim 5 stars and if there were more we would gladly give it to him.

Jim Mariucci at Oxford Land Company has been our realtor to help us sell vacant land in Ocala. We live in the U.K, hence it has been a difficult task to sell land when you live so far away. Jim has been wonderful. We couldn’t ask for better. We have received constant updates and despite the difficulties that Covid-19 presents he still managed to get a sale completed. He kept us informed us every step of the way. I would recommend Jim to everyone. I am so happy with the service we received. 5 star!
