Jim brings more than 25 years of marketing experience and community involvement to Keller Williams Capital Properties, including several years working at HGTV and TLC, where he led campaigns for iconic shows like House Hunters and Trading Spaces. Jim is also an elected member of the Gaithersburg City Council. His role in public service has fostered strong community ties across Montgomery County. With Gaithersburg holding local zoning authority, Jim has gained valuable expertise in housing policy across both residential and commercial sectors. A Gaithersburg resident for over 15 years, Jim lives with his wife, Amy, and their two children. Jim founded his own creative agency in 2014, and spent five years at the Director of Marketing & Creative for Gigawatt Group, a boutique digital marketing agency in Washington, D.C. His extensive knowledge of marketing strategy, social media, and video content equips him to provide exceptional value to his real estate clients. Outside of work, Jim is an avid cyclist, enjoys playing golf, and is a former competition BBQ chef. He is actively involved in St. Martin’s Parish in Olde Towne Gaithersburg and has previously served on the St. Martin’s School Advisory Board.
