Jim Miller is the President and Designated Managing Broker at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, leading sales at The City Hub office in Chicago’s Lincoln Park/Old Town neighborhood. Working closely with CEO Chris Feurer and the executive team, Jim plays a key role in shaping the company's strategy and growth. He is also the founder of Ask Jim Miller, where he serves as a high-performance coach for real estate advisors, teams, and entrepreneurs.
Jim began his career as a real estate advisor in 1998, selling over $500 million in new construction and private client transactions. In 2013, he was appointed Managing Broker of the Lincoln Park office. Under his leadership, the office now handles over $1.5 billion annually, consistently ranking #1 in average sales price and production per agent.
Jim’s focus is on nurturing talent and developing high-performing advisors who aim to maximize both their production and personal growth. He has successfully tripled the office’s production while maintaining a steady advisor roster. This achievement is rooted in a culture of excellence, driven by strong relationships with advisors and clients alike.

Originally from Kearney, Nebraska, Jim has lived in Chicago for over 30 years with his wife, Amy, and their family. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, Kearney. A lifelong learner, Jim dedicates over 1,000 hours annually to personal growth and shares his insights through his weekly podcast.
