I’ have worked with Jim in selling our rental home. He is a knowledgeable agent that truly cares about his clients. Jim made the process of selling our home incredibly easy. He walked us through every step & kept us informed during entire selling process. Jim is an expert in his field and has an extensive knowledge of the housing market and the area. Jim relationships in the industry (inspectors, staging company, past control, etc) made selling process go smoothly. We would like to highly recommend Jim O’Donnell as your next real estate agent.

Jim assisted us in the search for our new home in the San Diego area. While the market is quite competitive, Jim was able to get our offer accepted, even though we weren’t the highest bidder. Jim persevered and did his magic to make this happen.

Jim was very attentive to our needs. While we didn’t buy one of the higher homes on the market, he made us feel like we were buying a million dollar mansion. He was attentive, answered text messages and phone calls promptly, and always made us feel like we were his #1 client.

We have bought and sold several properties throughout the years, and can testify that Jim is the best agent/broker that we have ever used. He was very respectful of our time, needs and budget, and didn’t try to sell us something that wouldn’t work for us. He will be our first choice if we ever buy and sell again.

Jim is the best of the best. While we were house shopping, Jim made himself available to us pretty much around the clock. Some of that was situational but overall we are very satisfied. We saw quite a few homes and Jim made us feel comfortable with the process. He's a stellar agent. You will not be disappointed if you use him to find a home.

I was so fortunate to have found Jim O’Donnell. As my Realtor, he helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from open houses to scheduled viewings to look at homes over several months and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers when I fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Especially, considering I was a young first time home buyer.

In short, Jim was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. I would recommend Jim to anyone!

Jim O’Donnell is a professional, responsive, friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable realtor. As first time buyers in a crazy market (during a pandemic, no less), we were uncertain whether or not we would be able to find a new home. Jim is amazing. From start to finish he made the entire home selling experience stress free. He is incredible at what he does. We were so nervous and sad to sell our house, but he held our hands and guided us through the entire process. His negotiation skills are outstanding. And his advise through every step of the way was spot on. We ended up selling at $15000 over asking price. He is extremely responsive and gets back with you right away with every concern or question. He is calm, and does not get uptight at all. He is a hardworking, honest and just a great guy.
