I was fortunate to have Jim and his team as my buyer agent. They went above and beyond to make sure I put in an offer early, and designed that in a way that was incredibly smart to make sure it was accepted. They were also very effective doing some post-inspection negotiation, and provided overall superb assistance throughout the process. I truly couldn't have been more pleased with their service!
