Raleigh REALTOR® Agent, Jim Press, has served Raleigh, Cary and the Triangle region since 2007. My goal is to provide my clients with the best buying or selling experience that they can have. I take an active role in the home buying process from beginning to end to ensure a smooth closing. I have experience in all aspects of the home transaction from being a licensed mortgage broker to previously owning an inspection company. The last several years I have worked with major banks helping homeowners in distressed situations sell their home using the short sale process.
