About Jim

With almost 30 years of real estate experience, Jim Price is Tarpon Blue’s resident commercial real estate guru. Born and raised in Texas, Jim’s background and education were originally in banking and financial services. Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, his Graduate’s degree from Southern Methodist University, and hasn’t stopped continuing his education since. Jim began his professional career in 1954 working for First National Bank. Jim started with his real estate agent’s license in 1989 and obtained his broker’s license not long after.
In addition to his real estate experience, Jim is an active member of Seguin Rotary Club, Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce, and Seguin Board of Realtors, all of which he either is currently or has previously held leadership and director positions within.
