I don’t think words can express enough how grateful I am to have worked with Jim. I feel pretty bad about the situation I put Jim through (trust me when I say, we were a difficult case), but with his patience and hard work, he sold our old home and gave us a peace of mind.

Jim was extremely helpful when we bought our home in 2017 and when we sold it very recently. When we bought it he was able to show us everything that was available in the market and bring us to our eventual ideal home which we lived in for 5 years. When we were ready to sell and move on to the next place he was able to help us understand what we needed to do to get our home ready to be sold. Within 2-3 weeks we had done everything we needed to get the house ready and put it in his hands. He listed it on a Tuesday night and by Wednesday night we had our first official offer. Within the first 48 hours we had 6 showings and 2 great offers. We were able to sell and close in under 30 days. He made the home buying and selling process very seamless. I would highly recommend Jim if you are either looking to buy or sell.

I had Jim represent me in the sale of my house in Four Seasons. He did a great job in marketing my house, which had a high number interests and sales visits scheduled in a short time. He was also extremely helpful making suggestions as to what should be updated, etc. and had a number of repairmen contacts available to do the work, all at a reasonable cost. Finally helped me evaluate offers and walk me through the settlement process. I would highly recommend Jim to any of my friends.
