Jim Resnick

23 years of residential real estate experience serving both buyers and sellers. Jim specializes in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area of Montgomery County but has extensive experience selling homes in all of Montgomery County as well as Frederick County and surrounding counties in Maryland.

Jim has been with RE/MAX Realty Group since 2014 and was previously an award winning REALTOR with Weichert Realtors in Germantown for 20 years.

Jim grew up in Bethesda and went to college for 2 years at the University of Colorado before graduating with a B.A. from the University of Maryland. Jim owned and managed a nationally top ranked service business for 10 years and also owned and operated a video production business.

Jim is a Redskins fan and enjoys all Washington sports teams. He loves to visit the top of Sugarloaf Mountain and explore Great Falls as much as he can with his family and most recently his grand sons. Jim loves to go to the beach and go body surfing. Jim is an artist and has shown his drawings at local art galleries. He enjoys volunteering at a local soup kitchen in Gaithersburg.
