Jim Roediger

Jim graduated from Wittenberg with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. He and his wife Judy have raised their 3 sons in Springfield and they are now the happy grandparents of 4 beautiful grandchildren. Jim thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family and yellow lab. Outside of showing homes, he loves traveling.

Jim has been in Real Estate for many years and even taught Real Estate Classes at Urbana University and Clark State because he wanted others to find the joy in it that he has.

It is not about just buying or selling a home, it is about finding the perfect home, and bringing peace of mind to my clients. He aims for making the experience as stress-free as he can and making sure they find exactly what they are looking for.
