Jim Ryland

Jim comes to Remax with a wealth of real estate knowledge. Inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame in 2022, Jim brings over 20 years of real estate experience. Jim was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" along with many other accolades. He has been a multi million dollar producer and received many awards including being in the Remax Executive Club. Jim earned the Top Realtor award in his hometown voted on by the citizens. He was also awarded the Kentucky Colonel award by then Governor Ernie Fletcher. Jim served over 20 years with the Kentucky State Police while serving as a licensed Realtor. After retirement from the KSP, Jim obtained his brokers license and now is an Assoc. Broker his local Remax office. Jim specializes in residential and commercial properties along with credit counseling and lending advise.
