About Jim

Real Estate is something I've been around all my life. I started by working on my grandparents and parents rental properties and motel. I have flipped several homes in the past and have rental properties of my own. My 21 years plus experience as a REALTOR in the central Indiana market and the many transactions I've been involved in make me a good agent for most buyers. My intro to buying a home is that there are 3 parts. The House, Buyers Credit and the Loan product. These parts must fit together or the transaction will have bumps and sometimes falls. My job is to guide the buyer through the issues that make for a successful purchase. On the Listing or Seller side my job is to make sure to market and protect the seller from buyers that may not be successful closing the purchase. Basically,I work with buyers and sellers to get them in and out of the house they want or don't want.
