Jim Siepmann

Jim Siepmann joined Siepmann Realty in 1981 after graduating college, following in his father’s footsteps by learning the business from the ground up. He gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the development process, spending countless hours with his father touring properties, analyzing communities, and studying the competition.

Today, Jim serves as President, overseeing development, new construction, and property management. His primary focus is on the development phase—from site acquisition to planning and securing government approvals.
