NED Realty LLC was formed by Cveta Gass & Jim Sims to better fit the wants and needs of buyers and sellers in a tough real estate market. Gass & Sims started their partnership in 2013, making it official in early 2014, but have been working alongside each other since 2010.

We have developed a strong network of lenders, home inspectors, and contractors including roofers, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, etc. This helps the buyers and sellers we assist save time, money (and frustration) finding the right person to help them get through their sale quickly and efficiently. It also helps those 1st time home buyers AFTER they have purchased.
