Jim Sprinkle

Jim Sprinkle joined the Kucera Company in 1990 and has been active in the Austin Real Estate market since 1975. Jim was a principle and managing partner of Sunblet Land Corporation for more than 10 years. Jim also spent time with Fuller Commercial Brokerage in Austin.

Jim's primary responsibility is the sale of multi-family properties, site evaluation and acquisition for end users such as banks, fast foods, retails centers, medical offices and built-to-suit projects. Jim has brokered the land for such sites as Walgreen's and First State Bank of Central Texas. Jim has also been the general partner in land syndications in Austin, Central Texas and Nashville, TN.

Jim is a member of ABOR, TAR, and NAR.
