We’ve been working with James trying to find the right house for almost a year. We actually found three but the first two fell through because of circumstances beyond anyone’s control. The third house is a sure jewel and a blessing. Through it all, James has stood by us through showing after showing after showing after showing. He worked tirelessly, after hours and went above and beyond to make sure that we got the house that we really wanted and it wasn’t easy since my husband and I wanted opposite things in quite a few areas. He is aboveboard honest and won’t let you make a mistake by telling you a houses’s flaws yet will not make a decision for you. Just his experienced opinion. If the Lord ever tells me to leave this house, like he lead me to this house, I will definitely use James again and will steer any of those who ask my opinion of a good realtor, I will definitely give them James Stanley’s name and number.
