Jim Stewart

Mr. Stewart joined our award-winning team in 1998. Jim brings to the company 23 years of experience in commercial real estate services, including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing for multifamily and office properties. He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), a professional designation conferred by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors.

A graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Jim also served as an officer in the US Army and is a past Chairman of the YMCA of Greater Durham Board of Directors. With over 30 years experience serving in various capacities for IBM, Jim's diverse professional background adds unique value for his clients.

As a lifelong Durham resident, Mr. Stewart's roots run deep in the community and he is recognized as one of its outstanding leaders.
