Born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee, Jim Tate has a proven system of successfully marketing houses and properties, negotiating sales, and closing transactions. As a Middle Tennessee State University graduate with a degree in Economics, Jim prides himself on knowing not only the current real estate environment, but what truly is the most important investment you will ever make. When not helping his clients, Jim can be found with his wife, Ellie, and three daughters, Sara, MKenzie, and Addison. Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting local youth athletics.
