Jim Traynor

Real estate is Jim Traynor’s passion! Since Jim achieved his Brokers license as a REALTOR in 1981, he has sold hundred’s of homes in Colorado. Personally, Jim has bought and sold many properties, both as “fix and flips,” and as rental properties. For 27 years he co-chaired the Metro List Marketing session. Jim is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), recognized as being in the top 1% nationally of the real estate industry. Jim is also a SRES Member.

Another passion of Jim’s is snow skiing, be it heli-skiing, snow cat skiing, or downhill-it gets his adrenaline going!

Each year Jim co-sponsors charity events in the Metro Denver Area such as the US Drug Enforcement Administrations, Survivors Benefit Fund, The Challenge Foundation and The Third Way Center.

Born in Denver, Jim has always made Colorado his home. Jim and his wonderful wife Brenda live in Denver and Jim’s daughter Kelsey, has returned to Denver, after graduating from St. Louis University, and achieved her Masters at Denver University and now working for National Corporate Housing. Kelsey bought her first house at 23 years old carrying on the real estate tradition at a young age.
