Jim Vetting

James Vetting received his B.S. in Business Marketing from Colorado State University in 1969. After a few years of working in small business, James purchased a farm and onion operation in Greeley, Colorado. For the next 28 years, he worked exclusively on the sales and marketing of a specialty crop grown on site. He made a career transition in 1999 and became a licensed Realtor.

The experience James built while farming and running a small business has proved a valuable asset to the WMG commercial clients he works with today. He prides himself in offering each of his clients a high degree of individual attention regardless of the size or scope of the transaction. James is also a member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He received his CCIM designation in 2003.

James has also been an active community volunteer throughout the years. He shares his time and knowledge by serving on several water boards and the site selection committee of Habitat for Humanity. James is currently serving out a term as President of the Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity.
