Jim Wallace

Jim attended Florida State University on a basketball scholarship and majored in English and History. After graduation, he worked in sales for a construction equipment manufacturer in Los Angeles and New York City. Jim started his real estate career with Carolina Caribbean Corporation and managed their sales office in New Orleans and later in Atlanta. After moving to Wilmington in 1976, he founded Intracoastal Realty. The company’s first office was in a small building on Wrightsville Beach with just Jim and one employee. Today, the company has over 450 agents, 100 support staff, and many offices throughout Southeastern NC. Jim is dedicated to providing the agents and staff of Intracoastal with the highest quality training and support that is available. The company’s IT and Marketing Departments are on the cutting edge of innovation.
