His commercial background includes over 10 years working for the country's top developers (including Glimcher Properties, Simon Property Group and Westfield); leasing space nationwide to many of the most recognized names in retail in both full-price and outlet settings. Jim's commercial brokerage background features retailer representation as well as listings with Anderson Realty Group; where he represented such chains as Harbor Freight Tools, Nordstom Rack and The Fresh Market in the Central and Northern New Jersey Region.
