About Jim

Heritage Resort Realty, LLC which operates in the Baldwin County, AL area is co-owned by Jim Winton and Mary Lou Bailey. Jim and Mary Lou are co-owners of two other Alabama Real Estate Companies – Mary Lou Bailey Realty in Montgomery and Winton Properties at Lake Martin. They have been in the real estate business for over 19 years.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned both a BA and an MA. He is retired from the frozen foods industry and is a veteran having served with the “Green Berets” during the Vietnam War. Mary Lou attended Troy University and is an Auburn fan. She has won many sales awards in her career including Realtor of the Year three years in a row. She focused on luxury homes in Montgomery and applies the same level of expertise and customer service to serving her clients in Orange Beach.
