Jim Woessner is in the "Top Shelf" category of realtors. He puts you at ease during the home buying process and is very patient in all aspects of the deal. His experience in real estate is a BIG plus. I decided to go with Jim as my realtor because of his experience and friendly, positive attitude towards his clients. My decision was a good one. Jim Woessner of KW Oak Harbor handled both ends of our home buying experience.
After living in the same home in Everett for 35 years and retiring from Boeing, we moved to a amazing condo with a view in Oak Harbor that Jim found for us. He negotiated a fair purchase price for us and then turned around and sold our Everett home (3 days on the market) for over the asking price! He also introduced us to the “Homes for Heroes” program for veterans which allowed us tio save even more money on both transactions. If you are looking for a agent with integrity, call Jim.
