Jim Wright

Jim has been married to Judy for over 50 years. They have six wonderful children and one beautiful granddaughter. In 1982 they moved to Central Florida and immediately fell in love with the area. After owning 8 homes in different parts of the country, they decided to make Central Florida their permanent home. He is active in his church and enjoys golf, spending time with his family, travel, and the Real Estate business. Jim is a former Vice President, Corporate Controller who spent 30 years in various roles with some of the country’s largest retail companies. This background prepared him well for the details and challenges of the Real Estate profession.

Jim is a veteran, having served four years in the United States Air Force. Jim has been in real estate sales for over 18 years. The last 13 years have been spent working exclusively with corporate transferees as a Corporate Relocation Specialist in the Watson Relocation Department. His many personal relocations while working in the corporate world, and his experience in the corporate real estate relocation arena, make him uniquely qualified to assist transferring employees in getting through the transition, by having an in-depth understanding the entire process and the challenges that they may face. This experience extends to understanding how corporations and third-party relocation companies deal with the relocation process. He is also a certified relocation agent with many third-party relocation companies. His goal is to make the event as stress free as possible for the transferee and their families.

Jim's history shows that his listings have gone under contract in 1/3 the number of days compared to the average listing in Central Florida. Once again showing his ability to understand the real estate market and get homes sold.
