I started my 33-year career as a Combat Medic serving in prestigious units like the 2nd Infantry Division and the 82nd Airborne Division. My professional path led me to become a Registered Nurse where I deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I finished as an operating room nurse where I managed the staffing, logistics, and scheduling of multiple departments.
