My wife and I were thrilled to have Mr. Fehresti as our Realtor when selling our home. He responded very quickly to every email, text and phone call, gave us great advice. We put our house on the market going into the winter season with the Covid 19 pandemic getting worse daily, we were afraid that we would not sell quickly and more then likely have to settle for less then we were expecting. Mr. Fehresti got us a solid offer above our asking price in less the 48 hours from the time he listed our house. Mr. Fehresti always put our interest first and went above and beyond to make sure of a smooth transaction.
