We first met Jimmy for an introductory conversation in April of last year (2020).
Pretty quickly, we realized that he had a deep level of expertise, understanding of the market, and perhaps most importantly, that he is kind and genuinely cares about his clients. Jimmy spent a lot of time explaining the process, what to expect, and answering our constant stream of random questions. Our plan was to sell our condo and build a new home, but COVID slowed down our timeline. Over the following 11 months Jimmy checked in periodically without us ever feeling pressured. He helped us build a realistic plan to prepare our condo to list and provided great advice along the way. Ultimately we sold very quickly in a hot market and he helped us navigate competing proposals to get the best outcome for our family. He even gave us good advice on our new home build. We can’t recommend Jimmy highly enough. Jimmy now leads a team of real estate professionals and if they are anything like him, you will be in excellent hands. Thank you Jimmy! -Kris and Clare

Jimmy is awesome. We could not have been happier with him. He's very thorough at explaining everything and breaks down each piece of the home buying process in a way that's very easy to understand. He was always available when we needed him and was very diligent about checking in with us throughout our time from making the offer to our closing. Jimmy is prepared, organized, and very knowledgeable. We came from another state and Jimmy prepared a small binder with potential properties, info about the area, and statistics about the current real estate market. His follow up is always prompt, and his negotiation skills allowed us to get a fair price on the home we chose to buy. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone! He takes care of his clients from start to finish!

I've purchased houses before, but after purchasing with Jimmy Janevski, I would never do it without him again. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable, always responsive and available, very hard working, and communicated every aspect of the process with my wife and I from start to finish.

Jimmy worked with us from the the very beginning of deciding to put our home on the market (and months in between) all the way through post closing tasks and everything in between. Jimmy was far and away the best realtor I've ever worked with and would give him my highest recommendation to anyone who is buying or selling a house.

We could not have been more pleased with Jimmy and our overall housebuying experience. We started our home search over a year ago, and Jimmy came fully prepared with a portfolio of the neighborhood, listings we wanted to visit and other relevant information. He is a wealth of knowledge and his experience shows. We went through several houses over a long period of time before we finally found the perfect house for us. Through this, Jimmy was extremely patient and we never felt any pressure, only someone who would be with us until we found what’s right. Once we did land on the perfect house, Jimmy was fully transparent and guided us through the negotiation process. What’s great about Jimmy, is he fully explains why he will take a certain position when negotiating and made us feel very comfortable with the price we ended up offering. Once we bid on the house, it took a few months to officially close as it was new construction. But during this time, as we were excited and wanted to visit the house on a few occasions to show family and take measurements, Jimmy willingly took us for these visits out of his own time. There was no obligation for Jimmy to do this, but he really stays with his clients until the very end. The closing went so smoothly, and we are thrilled with the purchase. We fully recommend Jimmy for all his knowledge, experience and dedication to his clients. We could have not asked for more from our agent!

I am an attorney who recently had the pleasure of working with realtor Jimmy Janevski on 2 real estate transactions; same client, a sale and a purchase. The transactions involved many challenges and unfortunately, not all involved were as professional as one would like. Jimmy was called upon to assist in ways above and beyond the ordinary transaction and he did so with outstanding efficiency and grace. He had a lot to do with keeping these deals on track. Apart from his professionalism, his outstanding kindness must be acknowledged.
