Jimmy assisted my wife and I when we sold our previous and assisted as we built our current home. We were so pleased with his service and guidance that we suggested Jimmy to multiple family members and their friends, who have since had Jimmy sell their home. Jimmy has most recently assisted my daughter and future son in law with the purchase of their first house and was very helpful to them. Jimmy is very good at what he does. He put an aggressive selling price on our house, more than we thought we'd get, but we trusted him and it ended up selling for way more than that asking price. That allowed us to get more house than we thought we could afford when we bought our next home. Through both the selling and the buying process Jimmy was very informative, explained every step throughly, and answered every question we had.

He listens to a clients wants and needs, coaches them on the business or real estate in a way that is easy to understand. Jimmy explained the entire process from start to finish when my fiance and I decided we wanted to purchase. With the current market being as competitive as it is, I got extremely impatient and kind of irritated with the process. Jimmy stayed by my side, being extremely encouraging.
