Jimmy Katsafanas began practicing Real Estate as a Property Manager in 1992. In 1999 Jimmy earned his Real Estate License for Washington State. In 2011 Jimmy earned his Real Estate Brokers License for Washington State. In 2022 Jimmy Katsafanas earned his Mortgage Loan Originators License in Washington State and is a successful Mortgage Loan Officer as well as a Real Estate Broker. Jimmy offers his clients the added advantage of receiving Loan services and Real Estate services in the same transaction!

Jimmy comes from a Public School Teaching career back ground and takes pride in serving the public with the highest level of dedication and expertise. Jimmy Katsafanas was born in Seattle Washington in 1965 and grew up in the Wallingford Neighborhood/District. In 1984 Jimmy graduated from Ballard High School. In 1987 Jimmy Graduated from Shoreline Community College with Honors and earned his Associates Degree in the Arts and Sciences. In 1990 Jimmy graduated from Western Washington University and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree and Washington State Teaching Certification. While teaching under full time Contracts in the Seattle School District, Jimmy attended Graduate School at the University of Washington. In 1997 Jimmy graduated from the University of Washington and earned his Master of Arts Degree. Jimmy continued to serve as a Teacher and Administrator in the Seattle School District while continuing his graduate studies at Western Washington University. In 2000 Jimmy was awarded a scholarship to pursue School Leadership and Administration. In 2001 Jimmy was awarded his School Principal Certificate for Washington State.
