I was looking for an opportunity to buy a home in South Alabama for winter getaways from Idaho. What I found for my search was a realtor that cared, listened and communicated. Jimmy Thies is that realtor! He did all of the market search in the price range I could afford, in the area's I was interested in and kept me informed with photos and details of the properties. Wonderful, Christian, trustworthy man.

Jimmy helped us find the perfect home in a highly sought-after location. Because of his diligence and follow-through, we were able to get the house before anyone else. The competition was fierce but we came in just under the wire, thanks to Jimmy. Even though he had to interrupt his family vacation, he went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of. Highly recommended.

Jimmy and his wife helped me to look for places right as I was selling my family home . They are by far the most professional realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. They truly care , they are up front and very candid. They are definitely not just trying to make the next sale.when I realized I was going to need to hold off on buying they continued to help me with questions about properties as well as helping me find a place to rent . Hands down the best realtor experience ever(we have a long history of dealing with realtors and strongly dislike every one except Jimmy). Jimmy is very professional and a complete bulldog for his clients. I've never had anyone work so hard to get the best for me that wasn't family! We tried to sell our house ourselves and had no luck at all, listed with Jimmy and it sold in less than 12 hours- and he netted us more than we would've gotten selling on our own (even paying his commission!). He did a phenomenal job and was WELL worth paying a realtor percentage. His communication is amazing and he is on top of every aspect of the sale for you so you don't have to worry about anything! The only thing I can really say I regret is not listing with him sooner! Would've saved me so much headache! You can't go wrong with Jimmy for your agent that's for sure!
