We had a great experience with Jing selling a house for us. Jing took care of all the preparation work, addressing many issues for the house after our tenants living there for a few years, making it look brand new, as well as staging it nicely to attract potential buyers. Jing was very thorough, promptly, easy to work with, processional, reliable, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her and will definitely have her as our agent when the needs arise next time.

Jing helped us to purchase our first investment property in 2018. She is familiar with the market in South Bay, and quickly identifies the property that is our fit, both budget-wise and location-wise. From the start, she provides us with a list of possible properties with different builders, list pros and cons. The list includes location, price range, floor plans, and rent income. She also helps us to make sure that the property can be rented out, considering it has HOA. After the purchase, she provides us with instructions regarding how to rent the property out and a professionally prepared lease agreement. Jing is a real estate attorney as well, and it is huge plus if you want to purchase a rental property in the bay area.
